Your Username and Password is identical to your Order Management Portal username and password. Send Chris Grabowski an email request at cgrabowski@eriez.com with a preferred username and password if that doesn’t work.
Tips:
- The All Fields Search is for drawing numbers (e.g., 201800039) or equipment descriptions (e.g., 56C and 10 and 30)
- The Order Number field is for AO Orders only (custom engineered orders) where we’re making a drawing for that specific order number. Only orders where we made a drawing for that specific order number enable results.
- The results of a search will display a digital image of the drawing or .dwf. DWF is an acronym for Drawing Web Format and you can view the dwf (pronounced dwiff) in this new tool or download the actual .dwg or .idw if you wish to send a native file to a customer.
- If you wish to view the native .dwg or .idw you’ll need an AUTODESK type product. Click here http://www.edrawingsviewer.com/ for a drawing viewer option if you don’t have an Autodesk product.
- Only outline drawings and part lists appear as your search results. That means you only see “R” or “P” type drawings as in 4R-2018XXXXX.
